Processing time
Orders are processed within [1–2] business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping costs
• Free shipping on all orders of €50 or more (order value including VAT, before any discounts).
• Orders under €50 are charged a flat shipping fee of €[X.XX].

Delivery times

Tracking

Shipping outside the EU
For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us at [info@open2thinkshop.com] and we’ll resolve it with the carrier. Please report damage within [14] days of delivery, with photos where possible.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We’re not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
