We want you to be happy with your purchase. Under EU law you also have a statutory right of withdrawal, which this policy reflects.

14-day right of withdrawal

You may cancel your order and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at [support@open2thinkshop.com] within those 14 days, stating your order number. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop, but items showing signs of use beyond that may have their refund reduced.

Sealed items (hygiene / safety)

Sealed products such as in-ear earphones/earbuds cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we’ve received the returned goods or proof that you’ve sent them back.

If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we refund the standard delivery cost only.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, contact us at [info@open2thinkshop.com] within [14] days of delivery. You’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you, in line with your statutory rights. This is in addition to the 14-day withdrawal right above.
