Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Open2Think. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders of €50 or more (order value including VAT, before discounts).
Orders under €50 are charged a flat shipping fee of €6.99.

The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

We ship orders using PostNL.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

The Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Rest of the European Union: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be included so you can follow your shipment.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other local charges. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at info@open2thinkshop.com.

For damaged deliveries, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging where possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Open2Think is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
